Memorandum of cooperation: a step towards cooperation with international companies

The head of the Mariupol District Council, Stepan Makhsma, signed a memorandum of cooperation with IMTD International, which will begin its work on the territory of the Mariupol District. The meeting was also attended by the head of the regional state administration Nataliya Bukreyeva, community representatives and Deputy Mayor Serhiy Orlov.

The subject of cooperation will be the implementation of support for business and social projects on the territory of all communities of the Mariupol district. As the Chairman of the Board of the CS IMTD-International, Roman Bendas, explained, IMTD International acts as a partner that provides legal assistance, attracts financing and interacts with a network of companies outside of Ukraine to solve socio-economic issues and support businesses participating in the program. All assistance is implemented within the framework of the project “Improving the Economy of Ukraine.”

“The economy is life. I am sure that the communities will get the appropriate result: the development of business, the labor market, and the growth of production. And I am very glad that I managed to establish communication with IMTD-International and the leadership of the district council supported such an initiative,” commented the deputy of the district council Stanislav Nikolaiev on the meeting.

As part of the cooperation, IMTD International plans to open a branch in the Mariupol district to work with business owners on the spot. However, as Stepan Makhsma noted, the main thing is not just to give active community representatives the tools to implement their own ideas, but to develop a full-fledged ecosystem of projects.

“Unification of communities is the main goal of such programs if we want to spread the experience of Mariupol to the entire district. Now the city of Mariupol, like a monster in a good sense, absorbs the best personnel and business ideas. And our task is to turn the whole district into a monster. This requires an ecosystem that will push the economy forward due to the integrated development of enterprises. Therefore, this is our role, so that with the support of IMTD International it is not just to create a new business, but to develop a system that would fit into the development strategy of each community and district as a whole,” said Stepan Makhsma, head of the Mariupol District Council.

On June 3, 2021, the Golovne territorial community discussed the issue of the activities of IMTD International representative offices on the territory of the council.

In order to attract new sources of filling the local budget through: creation of new jobs, support of local entrepreneurship, development of infrastructural utility business and cooperation, a meeting was held with representatives of the IMTD-International organization on June 3 in Golovne.

For almost two years, the organization IMTD International has been operating in Ukraine – a powerful international cooperative community that unites a large number of individuals and legal entities who are interested in the development of the cooperative movement, business activity, strengthening production capacities, increasing turnover, establishing international cooperation and increasing economic status their countries

During the existence of IMTD International, the company, founded by the head office of IMTD USA in the USA, opened many departments in Ukraine, which are successfully operating today. Our community is next in line. It was for the purpose of opening branches in the community that they visited the village. The main team of “IMTD” consists of the Chairman of the Board of IMTD-International Roman Bendas, Director of LLC “Resource” Roman Kazymirets, Executive Director of IMTD-International Olga Bodnar and Coordinator of IMTD International in the Volyn region Veronika Romanovych.

Representatives of “IMTD” noted that Volyn will be a pilot region for the implementation of the Program. As Roman Bendas noted, representative offices in communities are created in order to implement the Program “Revival of the Economy of Ukraine”, which was developed by the team of project strategist-analyst David Kartozia (USA) and implemented by the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy “IMTD” (USA). “Reviving the Economy of Ukraine” is a unique multi-vector tool that allows you to: implement business ideas and business startups, support working businesses, farming and production, expand product and resource markets, develop the infrastructure business of territorial communities, fill charitable and social funds.

In particular, various complex projects aimed at improving the socio-economic situation, development of local self-government and infrastructural business of territorial communities are proposed for implementation in Ukraine. In addition, branches will implement specific targeted programs related to humanitarian, social, environmental, infrastructural, agricultural, industrial and commercial projects.

Branches will also search for, attract investments, other material resources and technologies for the development of the territorial community, production and entrepreneurship, and participate in the implementation of other projects that will operate on the territory of the community.

According to Roman Bendas, the representative of the branch will have access to the personal office and the database of the organization, will see all algorithms of actions and regulations, will have access to humanitarian goods and business, will be able to coordinate activities and contact other members of the society.

As for entrepreneurs or people who want to join the company, they will have the opportunity to become part of a single system, participate in a collective application for a grant, and get a guaranteed market for their product (first of all, in Europe and the USA). An absolute advantage is that the consumer company has its own logistics system, access to customs (terminals). The only requirement is that the product must meet standards and be certified (for this, the consumer society has its own standardization center).

We hope that such cooperation will eventually yield positive results and will be able to become a powerful tool in the development of the community.

During the existence of IMTD-International, the company, founded by the head office of IMTD USA in the USA, opened many departments in Ukraine, which are successfully operating today. Shatsk and Vyshniv territorial communities are next in line, which at their sessions approved the Memorandum on cooperation with the international cooperative society.

On April 16, the IMTD team, consisting of the Chairman of the Board of CS IMTD-International Roman Bendas, Director of Resource LLC Roman Kazmirets, Executive Director of IMTD-International Olga Bodnar and the coordinator of IMTD-International in Volyn visited Vyshniv and Shatsk precisely for the purpose of opening branches in territorial communities.

A rich and informative meeting was held in the Vyshniv territorial community, which was attended by Viktor Sushchyk, Head of the territorial community, and Olena Pasaman, who will coordinate interaction with IMTD-International from the Vyshniv community. Serhii Karpuk, head of the community, and employees of the settlement council met with representatives of IMTD-International in the Shatsk territorial community.

At the meeting in Vyshniv, representatives of IMTD-International noted that Volyn will be a pilot region for the implementation of the Program, and the Vyshniv Village Council is one of the communities that will start among the first in Volyn.

As Roman Bendas pointed out, representative offices in communities are created in order to implement the Program “Reviving the Economy of Ukraine”, which was developed by the team of project strategist-analyst David Kartozia (USA) and is implemented by the “IMTD” Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy (USA)).

According to Roman Bendas, the representative of the branch will have access to the personal office and the database of the organization, will see all the algorithms of actions and regulations, will have access to humanitarian goods and business, will be able to coordinate activities and contact with other members of the society.

Everyone who wants to become a participant of the program and a member of the Consumer Society (regardless of whether it is a community, public organizations or entrepreneurs), in accordance with the legislation on consumer societies, must pay an entry fee (it is a one-time fee). For the community, such a contribution is 2 hryvnias per inhabitant. These funds will be directed to the activities of the branch in the community.

Shatsk entrepreneur Vasyl Densovets says that he became a member of the cooperative almost from the first days of the visit of society representatives to Shatsk in 2019, because he was very interested in this project. He hopes that with the help of the organization he will be able to expand the area for growing blueberries, create new jobs, and most importantly, find a reliable and stable market for the products. He has an entrepreneur and a project for the development of the community, which he will later propose for implementation.

We are going to Europe, so we have to learn to work according to other methods and forms. We need to learn to work in new economic conditions, accepting new market rules and its requirements. Communities and businesses should not miss the chance to get help for their development. I am impressed by the idea of transparency of business conduct, assistance in entering new markets, – said the entrepreneur.

To participate in the Program, the village councils acted as a Collective Associate Member of the Consumer Society “IMTD-International”, which is the official representative of the “IMTD” Institute For Multi-Track Diplomacy and the Program implementer in Ukraine. Cooperation with this structure will be carried out through the CRM system through daily interaction and step-by-step implementation of the Program on the territory of the community.

In addition, as Roman Bendas told at the meetings, CS “IMTD-International” cooperates with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine in the social sphere, in particular in the sphere of development of socio-economic activities, social assistance and social protection of the population. Cooperation involves ensuring the implementation of effective state policy in the field of development of socio-economic activity, social assistance and social protection of the population; facilitating the provision of international comprehensive humanitarian aid to the population of Ukraine from non-governmental peacekeeping organizations and other charitable sources. Therefore, communities will also necessarily be involved in participation in social programs.

In the end, the heads of both communities hope that such cooperation will eventually yield positive results and will be able to become a powerful tool in the development of communities.

The charity organization AY.EM.TI.DI.-INTERNATIONAL “FOOD BANK” is preparing for cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy

Not a single country that is developing and rapidly moving towards its goal has left its citizen without protection. That is why the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine created a project called “Help nearby”. This is an information platform created to provide targeted assistance to people who have especially felt the consequences of quarantine.

Many people live alone and often have no one to turn to for help. Elderly people, persons with disabilities and single-parent families with children under 14 years of age are a vulnerable segment of the population that needs the help of others.

Therefore, the CONSUMER SOCIETY IMTD–INTERNATIONAL – a project that was created by the Institute of Multi-Vector Diplomacy IMTD (USA) and successfully worked on the territory of Ukraine – joined the information platform “Help is nearby” and introduced a separate department responsible for social assistance – IMTD food Benk, signing a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. The IMTD-INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER SOCIETY, in order to help people who found themselves in difficult situations during the quarantine, will involve entrepreneurs, volunteers, partners from the USA and work on spreading information.

“There is no such thing as someone else’s trouble. You cannot calmly drink tea or coffee in the morning when you know that someone’s child has nothing to eat for breakfast. It is impossible to go to work every day with a smile when you realize that someone is left without income. Together we can do everything! Together, people overcome the most difficult peaks. After all, that’s what we humans are for, to help someone who can’t get up on his own to get up,” said Davyd Kartozia, the author and initiator of the idea of improving the economy IMTD INTERNATIONAL.
