Consumer Society IMTD-International is the official representative in Ukraine of the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy IMTD (USA).

The Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy (IMTD) is the initiator and main organization for the implementation of the “Economic Recovery” Program for Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, as well as for the countries of the post-Soviet space that suffered as a result of local military conflicts and provided for many countries around the world.

The “Economy Recovery” program was developed by an international team of project strategist-analyst, the author of the Program David Kartozia (USA).

The implementer of the “Economic Recovery” Program in Ukraine Consumer Society IMTD-International is an open, public organization with the highest level of communication. The IMTD-International Consumer Society conducts transparent public activities and promotes the unhindered dissemination of true information regarding the implementation of its own programs: information on the Internet, mass media, video reports, webinars, conferences and much more.

Due to the difficult socio-economic situation in Ukraine, society needs new approaches to solving vital issues. We all understand that today, more than ever, we need to work together. Only by joint efforts, the government and the people will be able to change the situation for the better.

IMTD-International is an organization that, according to its statutory activity, is non-profit, built and exists on self-financing, which made it possible to ensure the preparatory stage of the Program in complete independence from any political, economic and financial groups without attracting any external funding in the form of grants and other financial income. The activities of the organization are provided by one-time entrance fees of individuals and legal entities, as well as from business contracts of IMTD-International “Resource” LLC.

The organization is apolitical and supports the government, which is legitimately elected.

We follow the path of people’s diplomacy and conscious international cooperation, for the sake and in the name of protecting the interests of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people!

IMTD-International unites a large number of public, charitable religious organizations and business representatives, as well as representatives of various political parties and understands constructive opposition, but opposes destructive actions against institutions of power.

Consumer Society IMTD-International is a perfect, multi-level organizational structure, created according to the highest international standards within the framework of the Ukrainian legal field, based on Ukrainian legislation and the Constitution of Ukraine.

Adhering to the state protocol, the status of inter-office relations and business etiquette, IMTD-International regularly, methodically and purposefully conducts regular physical consultative meetings with the heads of all branches of the Ukrainian government.

David Kartozia’s program “Reviving the Economy of Ukraine” is multi-track and covers all spheres of life, both business and economic, social, law enforcement, cultural, scientific, educational, etc.

Partners of the Organization are territorial communities, district councils and administrations, regional state administrations and councils, as well as higher educational institutions and the Ministry of Social Policy, with which Memorandum of Participation in the Program “Reviving the Economy of Ukraine” David Kartozia USA have been signed.

CS “IMTD-International” focuses on the construction of work “From the bottom to the top” collecting and studying the needs and initiatives of people living together in certain administrative territories, forming on this basis Development Programs and sectoral Projects of the territorial communities, combining them into Regional and Interregional Programs, on the basis of interterritorial cooperation, thereby creating an effective basis with state administration bodies for the effective implementation of state social and economic policy with the full support of the people of Ukraine. Through direct contact with the population, the organization receives not “statistical” but real data about the needs of the population, which will make it possible to develop national mega-projects together with the government.

This approach increases the public’s trust in the authorities, while ensuring faith in the future. The population supports this approach and our lines of work, that is, they support the authorities, and people also understand that positive changes are possible only with their active participation.

The strategic approach of the organization is to write projects precisely on the basis of initial information received from the population and dividing these projects according to directions: business and social. This provides an opportunity for residents of communities to join real participation in the process of decentralization and development of self-government.

This approach is already being tested in Stepan TC in Rivne oblast, Vyshniv TC in Volyn oblast, Dzviniach TC in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, where working groups have been created, which include community residents. These working groups will help in creating the infrastructure of the system (representative branches), collecting initial information from residents of the territorial communities and forming a collective application for the implementation of the project.

The program will provide an opportunity to cooperate on projects with other participating communities and will allow determining the needs of communities, regions and the country as a whole.

According to the Program, a socially responsible business will be provided with assistance in its sustainable development with sales markets within the country and abroad. This will make it possible to solve the issues of socially vulnerable segments of the population, increasing pensions, support for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as support for new social projects on the ground. We will autonomously help the authorities on the ground and solve the issues step by step in each TG and in general throughout the country.

In the structure of the implementer of the Program “IMTD-International”, LLC IMTD-International “Resource” is responsible for work with business, and public organization IMTD-International “Foodbank” is responsible for work with charity and charitable organizations.

The organization will give people the opportunity to decide for themselves in which direction the community should develop, more effectively promote the implementation of state social programs, support them by attracting international resource assistance, and help businesses with their safe, sustainable development and sales markets within the country and abroad.

Attracting a part of business profits within the framework and with the participation of IMTD-International Resource, to create a resource base for the implementation of new social projects, is a mandatory part of the Organization’s General Development Strategy.

IMTD-International created the “Consortium for Work with Local Self-Government Bodies” whose Supervisory Board will include members from each branch of government from different regions of Ukraine.

IMTD-International is supported by the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy (IMTD USA), which is a recognized international authority, provides consultations and shares its experience of working with other countries. Being the parent organization for IMTD-International, IMTD USA provides the opportunity to develop, submit and implement large projects.

The author of the program and strategist-analyst David Kartozia is the Chairman of the Conciliation and Supervisory Board of IMTD-International, coordinates the work of the Head Office and the entire organization. Mr. Kartozia conducts organization management training during workshops at ZOOM conferences. David Kartozia and his American team are available 24/7 for consultations, training, and discussion of issues with the population of Ukraine.

In addition, the population of Ukraine understands that it is impossible to improve the country’s economy without their active participation.

Summarizing all of the above, we prove that all the given facts about the presented work bear their priceless fruits: strengthening trust in the government, people’s confidence in the future and contributing to the unification of civil society.
